Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division - Fixed Fee Rates for Division Grantees

FIXED-FEE RATES

These rates became effective in 2003.
New rates will begin October 1, 2009.

PROGRAM	CURRENT RATE	NEW RATE (October 1, 2009)

Transportation	$2.50 / ride	No change

Homemaker	$15.00 / hour	No change

Adult Day Care	$40.00/5 hours or more $6.67/hour (4 hours or less)	$40.00/6 hours or more $6.67/hour (less than 6 hours)

Nutrition
Congregate	$2.20 / meal	No change
Homebound	$2.65 / meal	No change

Transportation rates remain the same. The price of gasoline has declined and now it’s rising. This will be evaluated in the near future, depending on the fluctuation of gasoline costs.

Homemaker rates are consistent with Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBW formerly CHIP) reimbursement rate.

Adult Day Care rates are consistent with HCBW social model reimbursement rate. Rates are the same for the medical and social model.
